Best way to learn is to share. We all want to be healthy and our physical apparatus is quite the similar all around the world.
I would like to learn about best practice in getting and keeping in shape. Not as an athlete, but as just normal, healthy human being.
All nations have their special ways of practice like Taekwondo, Judo, Taichi, dance, wrestling … and what ever there are.
Lets find out what would be a good way to keep in shape and maybe do small exercises during the day. What should we do if our neck is thigh or eyes are tired?
